Sales Executive

We are looking for sales executives nationwide! Generate revenue by selling software solutions and services to new prospects and existing clients. Manage relationships with assigned client base to ensure retention and grow revenue.

Qualifications

  • 5 years successful sales experience in the mortgage services industry.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Superior presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage sales with multiple decision makers.
  • Proven ability to manage internal resources to complete the sale.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience selling to C Level executives.
  • Relationship and consultative selling experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a strategic territory plan.
  • Manage territory to maximize sales resources and revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze financial position and challenges of prospects to determine sales approach.
  • Close business to meet forecast commitments and sales quotas.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure prompt, accurate, and professional delivery of sales, marketing, and proposal materials to prospects.
  • Serve as primary relationship contact for assigned client base to communicate strategic plans and status.  Set and manage ongoing client expectations.  Serve as escalation point for implementation, customer service, and product issues.
  • Visit assigned client base on a regular basis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry/professional individuals and organizations.
  • Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as approved.
